These terms apply to the StepCash app, operated by CosmoStride ("we", "us").

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to use StepCash and to redeem rewards. We may ask you to confirm your age and may close accounts that don't meet this requirement. One account per person and per device.

2. Coins

• Coins are a promotional reward with no cash value. They are not money, cannot be sold or transferred, and are not your property.
• Rewards not collected on the day they become available (for example unopened step chests or unclaimed trivia coins) expire at midnight.
• We may change how many coins activities pay, daily limits, and redemption prices at any time.

3. Gift cards

• Redemptions are reviewed before delivery and usually arrive within 24–72 hours.
• Gift card availability may change. Gift cards are subject to the issuing brand's own terms.
• We may require a minimum account age or limit redemptions per day.

4. Fair play

Cheating is not allowed. This includes faking steps, using emulators, bots, scripts, or multiple accounts, and tampering with the app or ads. We may void coins, reject redemptions, and suspend accounts involved in fraud or abuse.

5. Ads

StepCash is supported by advertising. Some rewards require watching a video ad. Do not click ads you are not genuinely interested in.

6. Changes and termination

We may change or discontinue StepCash or these terms at any time. If StepCash shuts down we will give reasonable notice where possible. Unredeemed coins have no value after termination.

7. Disclaimer and liability

StepCash is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. StepCash is not a medical or fitness service. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the value of gift cards you were owed.
